What to tell your School’s Officer about your concerns, but do not want to give your name?
People normally tell Police Officers about their concerns and provide their name. This allows the police to advise you about our investigations into your concerns. If you are happy to give your name, this is how to contact the police.
- Your School’s Officer attends the school on most days and you can speak with them whenever they are at school.
- You can phone your School’s officer on 020 8284 5710 and leave a message.
- If you need police in an emergency always dial 999.
- To report a crime, that is not an emergency, you can phone your local Police Station on 0300 123 1212; or you can attend your local Police Station.
- You can always talk to a teacher or member of School staff about your concerns.
If you would like to tell your School’s Officer about an issue that concerns you; but you would like to do so WITHOUT giving your name (anonymously), then you can use this page.
When to use this webpage to send a message to your School’s Officer: -
- You do NOT want to give your name (remain anonymous).
- You do NOT want to be told what has been done with the information you provide.
- You do NOT want to proceed with a prosecution.
- No one is in danger.
Please note - The police e-mail server will reject a message that contains abusive content, swear words or racist or homophobic abuse. If you want to advise your school’s officer of abusive comments made to you, please do not put the actual words in your message, as your message will be rejected and your School’s Officer will not be aware of your concerns.
Yours sincerely,
Gary Thomas
