The Eltham Foundation school plays a critical role in developing community cohesion and ensuring that all of our students are equipped to live in a culturally diverse society.
The school is committed to creating a positive and culturally inclusive environment in the school. We are working towards a Gold Cultural Diversity Quality Standard which will recognise and celebrate the work we do to promote cultural diversity, race equality and opportunities for achievement for all students.
Cultural diversity is promoted through a number of areas across the school including achievement, curriculum, staff training, ethos, parental and community involvement, staff and governor training and specific international projects.
